J. Scotte Barkan

J. Scotte Barkan is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in software architecture and engineering. As the CTO and Co-Founder of Catchpoint Systems Inc since September 2008, Barkan has played a key role in developing performance monitoring solutions. Prior to this, Barkan served as a Software Architect at DoubleClick from November 1997 to July 2008, and held engineering positions at CCH, a part of Wolters Kluwer, and Robert Nathans Ltd. J. Scotte Barkan holds a Master's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Stony Brook University, attained between 1993 and 1994, and a Bachelor's Degree in the same field from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering, earned from 1988 to 1992.
