Natascha Koster

Natascha Koster currently serves as the Manager at CatchYourTalent, starting in March 2024. Previously, Natascha held multiple roles at Hays from July 2020 to February 2024, ranging from Senior Principal Consultant to Consultant, specializing in Sales, Marketing, and Office Support. Before this, Natascha worked as an Account Executive at JCDecaux from December 2019 to June 2020, but the contract was terminated due to COVID-19. Natascha also has extensive experience in hospitality and events management, having worked as a Horeca/Event Manager at Bloomingdalebeach and as a Manager at Cabana Beach Curacao. Natascha holds a Diploma in Hotel Operations Management from Roc Hotelschool, completed in 2012.
