Rajish Rajan

Rajish Rajan's work experience includes various leadership roles in the technology sector. Rajish started their career as a Software Developer at Naval Dockyard Mumbai in 2001 and advanced to become a Senior Software Developer. Rajish then joined Naval Dockyard as a Team Lead, managing intranet applications and a development team. In 2006, they transitioned to Ingram Micro India Pvt Ltd as Deputy Manager - PreSales, where they were responsible for partner management and serving as a subject matter expert. Rajan joined Omnitech InfoSolutions Ltd. in 2007 and held management positions such as Manager Technology, Sr Manager Technology, and Associate Vice President. Rajish led practices in web development, enterprise application integration, and application services. In 2013, they joined Bluechip Fintech Solutions & Innovations (BFSI) as Chief Solutions Officer, focusing on transactions systems in the BFSI sector. Rajan then worked as Chief Solutions Architect at Starfish Digital, a financial connectivity platform, before becoming the Chief Executive Officer at Cateina Technologies in 2021. Rajish'svision at Cateina Technologies is to build transparent and secure frameworks that empower stakeholders and enhance social, industrial, and economic networks.

Rajish Rajan completed a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A) degree in Information Technology from the Indira Gandhi National Open University in 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Computer Application degree in Information Technology from the same university between 1999 and 2002. Rajish also attended the Naval Dockyard Apprentice School from 1996 to 1999, where they received an Apprenticeship Certificate and a Certificate from the National Council for Vocational Training in Internal Combustion Engine (Marine Engineering). Rajish Rajan completed their Higher Secondary Certificate in Science from KJ Somayia College of Science & Commerce in 1996 and their Secondary School Certificate from St Xaviers High School between 1982 and 1994. Additionally, Rajish Rajan has obtained several certifications including the IBM Certified Solution Designer - WebSphere MQ V7.0 from IBM in 2015, the WebSphere Certified Professional (WAS ND V6.1) from IBM in 2007, and the VMware Certified Professional (VCP3.0) from VMware in 2006.
