Dr. Lars Vandrei

Dr. Lars Vandrei is a prominent researcher in the field of housing economics, currently serving as the Head of Research at Catella since September 2022. Prior to this role, Dr. Vandrei held significant positions at Colliers as Associate Director Research Residential for Germany and Senior Consultant, as well as gaining extensive experience at the ifo Institute – Leibniz Institute for Economic Research as a researcher. Academic contributions include work at Technische Universität Dresden as a Seminar Leader in Housing Economics, Lecturer in Microeconomics and Introduction to Economics, and various roles as a Tutor and Student Assistant. Dr. Vandrei holds a doctorate in housing economics from Technische Universität Dresden, alongside a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in economics from the same institution, complemented by a research stay at Universitat de Barcelona.
