Mahesh Tendulkar

Mahesh Tendulkar has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. From 2022 onwards, they have served as the Head of Research and Development at IFB Industries Ltd. Prior to this, they worked at Unilever for a significant period, starting in 2009. At Unilever, they held positions such as Associate Research Scientist and Assistant Research Scientist, focusing on formulation and process development of home care, hygiene, and professional products. Mahesh actively contributed to research and development activities for new product development, liquids, unit dose, and concentrates. Mahesh also worked on innovation and renovation projects as part of a global team, utilizing project management skills, digital tools, and collaborations with academia and industry partners. Additionally, they played a role in sustainable projects, particularly in the use of green chemicals and weight-efficient ingredients. Before joining Unilever, Mahesh worked at Hindustan Unilever Ltd as a Research Associate from 2005 to 2009 and at Gharda Chemicals as a Production Engineer from 2003 to 2005.

Mahesh Tendulkar completed their education from 1997 to 2000 at N.E.S's Polytechnic, where they obtained a Diploma in Chemical Engineering. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Chemical Engineering from Laxminarayan Innovation Technological University from 2000 to 2003. In terms of additional certifications, Mahesh Tendulkar received the following: "Agile Fundamentals: Including Scrum and Kanban" from Udemy in May 2021, and "Giving Your Elevator Pitch," "Counterintuitive Leadership Strategies for a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) Environment," and "Talent Management" from LinkedIn, all obtained in 2022.
