Martin Johanson

Martin Johanson's work experience includes multiple roles in various companies. Martin started their career in 2007 as the Chief of Staff at Seabay Capital, a venture capital firm. Martin then joined Folksam as a Portfolio Manager in 2010 before becoming a Strategist in 2014. In 2017, they worked as a Senior Consultant at NEW Innovation Management (later rebranded to AKOA), specializing in AI and automation. Martin then joined Ericsson in 2018 as the Director of Transformation AI, Analytics, and Automation for Europe and Latin America. Martin later took on the role of Senior Security Specialist AI, Analytics, and Automation at Ericsson in 2020. In 2021, they became the New Business Incubation Lead Industry 4.0 at AFRY. Currently, Martin is working at Catella as the Head of Data & Analytics and the Chief Information Officer/Chief AI Officer.

Martin Johanson obtained their Master of Science in Economics and Business - Civilekonom DHS degree from Stockholm School of Economics between 2004 and 2008. Martin also completed the Communication for Executives program at Stockholm School of Economics Executive Education. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including the Antler Program - Stockholm from Antler, Business Architect from Cordial AB, Coaching Leadership and Building Self-managing Teams from Tuff Leadership Training, Leading SAFe - SAFe Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc., and PPS - Project Management, Portfolio Management, Steering Group and Sponsor from Tieto.
