Kara Mayo

Kara Mayo is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Catelli Brothers Family of Foods since November 2022 and continuing in the same capacity at J & G FOODS, INC since December 2014, Kara has also held roles as a Human Resources Generalist and Assistant within the same organization. Additional experience includes providing Human Resources support at Dayville Fire Company and previously working as an ABA Therapist at Dr. Helen Baldwin Middle School and Melmark New England. Kara holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Rhode Island College.
