Lynn Handler Cohen

Lynn Handler Cohen has extensive experience in the legal field, primarily within the gaming and entertainment industry. Lynn most recently served as the Chief Counsel Regional Operations North America at Catena Media, where they also previously held the role of Lead Counsel North America. Lynn has also held positions as a Board Member at Full House Resorts, Inc, General Counsel at Companion Animal Practices, North America - CAPNA, and Vice President & General Counsel at Palms Casino Resort. Prior to that, they worked as a Legal Counsel at William Hill US and as a Gaming Consultant at a private practice. Lynn has also held leadership positions at Pinnacle Entertainment and Resorts International, where they served as the Vice President & Corporate Counsel and Associate General Counsel, respectively. Lynn started their legal career as an Associate at Cooper Levenson.

Lynn Handler Cohen pursued their education at Adelphi University from 1981 to 1985 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. Lynn continued their academic journey at Seton Hall University School of Law, where they studied from 1987 to 1990 and earned their Juris Doctor degree in Law.
