Carmen Caro Morillas

Carmen Caro Morillas has extensive experience in the fields of infrastructure, construction, engineering, waste, water, and energy, currently serving as Director at Catenon since February 2014, overseeing business development and executive search across various industries. Previously held roles include Senior Executive Manager and International Operations Manager at Catenon, where responsibilities involved negotiating agreements and conducting executive searches. Carmen has advised students at EAE Business School as an expert panel member and contributed to talent acquisition at Fomento de Construcciones y Contratas, S.A.
