Neil East is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the food and services industry, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Group Chief Operating Officer at Cater Care since July 2017. Previously, Neil held the position of General Manager Operations at Cater Care from February 2010 to June 2017, where responsibilities included strategic leadership and operational management across Australia's state teams, focusing on growth and value-added services. Prior experience includes serving as State Manager NSW for Compass Group Australia from October 1993 to November 2009, overseeing operations and sales growth for the Eurest and Scolarest brands. Additionally, Neil has held positions as State Manager at Eurest and Catering Manager at Spotless Catering. Neil East holds an Advanced Diploma in Operations Management from Swinburne University of Technology, obtained between 2000 and 2002.
