Rachel Frank, MS, has extensive experience in wellness, marketing, and editorial roles. Currently serving as the Director of Wellness and Marketing at Cater to You Food Services since October 2018, Rachel has previously held the position of Director of Wellness and Sustainability at CulinArt Managed Dining Services, where responsibilities included integrating health and sustainability into product offerings and launching wellness programs for over 250 corporate accounts. Rachel's earlier experience encompasses editorial leadership at Cygnus Business Media as Editor-in-Chief and various marketing roles, including Marketing Manager at Americana Manhasset. Rachel holds a Master's degree in Nutrition Sciences from Stony Brook University and has received a Master of Science in Foods, Nutrition, and Wellness Studies.

Thirty years ago, Kathryn and Anthony Trentacosti founded Cater to You in an effort to provide the best food possible to school children, based on the same philosophy they instituted when cooking for their own two young children at the time. They believed then, as they do now, that the best meals are prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients from local producers and growers. Since then, the Cater to You family of schools has grown along with its commitment to providing your children with the healthiest, most delicious food possible. Today, Cater to You prepares more than 13,000 fresh meals daily for students ranging from pre-schoolers to high school seniors. Our selections are always created on-site, from scratch, using better-for-you premium products. We provide our chefs with ingredients that not only taste great, but are as clean as possible. Transparency matters. We put a lot of time and effort into sourcing and procuring the products we use in our kitchens. To ensure that the meals we provide are as tasty and nutritious as possible, we source all of our ingredients and products from trusted suppliers, farms, and manufacturers that use healthy, sustainable practices. And, rest assured, we never sacrifice quality for cost.
