Katherine Nicholas has a diverse work experience that spans various roles in the food and beverage industry. Starting in 2015, they worked at Olympia Kebob House & Taverna, a family-owned restaurant, where they gained extensive experience in different positions, including prep cook and manager. In 2019, they transitioned to Hotel Nikko San Francisco, where they held multiple roles such as Manager in Training, Outlets Manager, and eventually Food and Beverage Manager. Katherine then moved on to Fairmont San Francisco in 2022, working as a Food and Beverage Manager. Currently, they are employed at Cater2.me as a Vendor Sales Development Representative since 2023.
Katherine Nicholas obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Missouri State University between 2017 and 2019.
