Antonio Martinez is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Events and Menu Development Chef at Catering By Design since January 2023. In this role, Antonio oversees menu development and recipe testing while ensuring the quality and quantity of food for seamless event execution. Prior to this position, Antonio held the position of Executive Chef at Sage Catering from August 2018 to December 2021. Antonio's extensive career in the culinary field also includes various roles at Cescaphe Event Group from July 2005 to August 2018, progressing from prep cook to Executive Sous Chef, thereby demonstrating a strong foundation in both kitchen operations and event catering.
