Sam Cuschieri is an experienced culinary and operations professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Catering Industries since October 2006, Sam has held multiple roles within the company, including Associate Director and National Manager of Operations. Prior experience includes positions as Chef at The Ledbury and Chef de Partie at Harvey Nichols, along with earlier roles at various prestigious establishments. Sam's foundational training in Commercial Cookery was completed at the InterContinental Hotel School in Sydney, following education at Saint Ignatius' College, Riverview.
