Asha Varghese

Asha Varghese is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in corporate social responsibility and community development. Currently serving as President of the Caterpillar Foundation and Head of CSR at Caterpillar Inc., Asha focuses on building resilient and sustainable communities through targeted investments. Asha is also a 2018 Presidential Leadership Scholar, selected for a prestigious program aimed at leadership development. Previously, Asha held various significant roles at GE, including Director of Global Health, where initiatives were implemented to enhance healthcare access globally. Asha's leadership experience further extends to co-leading educational initiatives and women’s networks within GE, demonstrating a commitment to diversity and community engagement. Asha holds an MBA from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Louisville.
