Issey Kato

Issey Kato is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in enterprise strategy, currently serving as Senior Director of Enterprise Strategy at Caterpillar Inc. since June 2021, having previously held roles as Director and Senior Manager in the same department. Prior to Caterpillar, Issey Kato worked at KPMG US from August 2015 to June 2021, progressing from Senior Associate to Director of Strategy. Earlier experience includes roles at BOX Options Exchange as Director of Strategy & Analytics and as a Financial Analyst, along with positions at Spherion, RBC Capital Markets, and Riverbank Capital Management. Issey Kato holds an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. in Economics from Duke University.
