Jennifer Miller

Jennifer Miller has over 25 years of experience in the technology and customer service sectors. Since January 2005, Jennifer has held multiple roles at Caterpillar Inc., including Senior Digital Tech Support Engineer, Digital Consultant 1, and Parts Technical Support Analyst. Prior to this, Jennifer worked as a Customer Service Representative at DP Consultants Software from August 1994 to November 1996, where technical support and training for Student Management Software were provided, along with the planning and leading of workshops throughout Illinois. Jennifer graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Government from Illinois State University (1992-1994) and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in the same field from Illinois Central College (1990-1992).
