Jessica Hughes

Jessica Hughes is currently serving as a Digital Product Owner at Caterpillar Inc. since September 2024. Prior to this role, Jessica held multiple positions at THS National, LLC from October 2019 to September 2024, including Business Technology Manager and Corporate Project Manager, where Jessica built a Project Management Center of Excellence and led cross-functional teams to drive corporate efficiencies using Agile and Kanban methodologies. Jessica’s experience at Caterpillar Inc. began in August 2018, progressing through roles such as Supply Network Specialist and Material Planner, focusing on product improvements and supply chain management. Earlier professional experience includes work as a Voyage Planner/Risk Communicator at Weathernews Inc. and forecasting roles in educational and governmental organizations. Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in Meteorology from Valparaiso University and an honors diploma from Michigan City High School.
