Kelsey Alderson

Kelsey Alderson is a Transportation System Analyst and Project Management Lead at Caterpillar Inc. since May 2019, where responsibilities include leading upgrades to the Blue Yonder Transportation Management System (TMS) across global teams, implementing Dock Scheduling at multiple locations, and training over 300 team members. Kelsey has previously held roles in analytics and data integration, enhancing reporting tools and collaborating on projects to inform transportation decisions. Additional experiences include internships in procurement and transportation analysis, as well as positions related to education and caregiving. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business, Supply Chain Management, and Spanish from Iowa State University, complemented by international study experience.
