Kyle Knapp

Kyle Knapp is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system administration, application development, and infrastructure support, currently serving as the Windows Desktop Product Owner and Sr IT Analyst-Tech Infrastructure at Caterpillar Inc. since June 2022. Previously, Kyle held various roles at Solar Turbines from July 2016 to June 2022, including ITS Client Configuration Build Architect, where responsibilities included designing automated build processes and managing deployments for over 10,000 systems. Kyle's career began at Caterpillar Inc. from April 2007 to May 2016, with responsibilities spanning from application development to helpdesk support. Notable technical accomplishments include the implementation of a real-time server monitoring system and management of significant software upgrades across a large corporate environment. Kyle holds a high school degree from Normal Community West High School.
