Nataliia Johansson

Nataliia Johansson is an accomplished Talent Acquisition Partner with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources. Currently at Caterpillar Inc. since April 2021, Nataliia leads the full recruitment life-cycle and serves as a strategic talent advisor for the Resource Industries division. Prior roles include Talent Manager at Canyon Ranch, where Nataliia designed and executed impactful talent strategies and oversaw the employee life cycle, as well as positions in human resources at Forever Resorts and as a Human Resources Intern at Allstar Security Co. Nataliia holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from National Aviation University, attained between 2006 and 2010.
