Paul Mauschbaugh

Paul Mauschbaugh serves as the Group CIO for Services, Distribution & Digital at Caterpillar Inc., providing strategic leadership in IT solutions across six global business units and fostering collaboration to enhance the Services Growth strategy. With a tenure at Caterpillar beginning in 1997, Paul has held multiple leadership positions, including IT Director for Distribution Systems and Analytics Director, where responsibilities encompassed software development lifecycle management and the initial establishment of the company’s analytics strategy. Paul has also contributed as New Product Introduction Manager and Digital Manager, overseeing significant advancements in product offerings and digital platforms. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
