Pierre de Pena

Pierre De Pena is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in international tax. Since February 2022, Pierre has served as Senior Director of International Tax at Caterpillar Inc. Additionally, Pierre holds the position of Vice-président at Groupement des Entreprises Multinationales GEM since September 2017. Prior to these roles, Pierre spent over two decades at Caterpillar SARL, where responsibilities included EAME Region Tax Director, Assistant Tax Director, Intercompany Pricing Manager, and European Tax Manager. Pierre's career in tax management began at Arthur Andersen, where Pierre worked as a Tax Manager from January 1995 to August 2000.
