Curt Cassingham

Curt Cassingham has over 25 years of work experience in various positions. Curt worked as a Manager in GTE, where they planned and managed financial, system, and operational audits, and internal consulting engagements. Curt also managed the national billing system in GTE/Verizon, where they had the responsibility for all production billing systems operations activities. Moreover, they served as the Manager of Internal Audit and Operational Controls in Technicolor, overseeing the audit function for the U.S. operations. Curt has also worked as a Financial Audit Analyst in Bank of America, analyzing borrower account activity and validating borrower incentive reporting. Additionally, they worked as an IT Audit Manager in DIRECTV, Inc., where they planned, scoped, and managed technical audit reviews. Curt also gained experience as Manager of MIS Internal Controls in Warner Bros. Entertainment Group of Companies, directing SOX compliance testing and approving SOX application access requests. Currently, they are serving as Vice President, Information Security Officer in Cathay Bank, designing and updating the Information Security Program and Policy, and directing information security efforts.

Curt Cassingham completed an MBA in Finance from Pepperdine University in 1987-1988. Prior to that, they earned a BA in Economics from Northwestern University in 1981-1985. In addition to their degrees, Curt obtained a certification in CISA from ISACA in June 2009.
