Charlie Naudy

Charlie is Head of Research at Cathay Innovation where he conducts thematic deep dives for various strategic partners within Cathay’s ecosystem, and overall facilitates knowledge sharing across teams and geographies. Prior to joining Cathay he was a strategy consultant at Bain & Company for 4 years. He also worked at ISAI, an early-stage VC fund based in Paris, and spent one year in the San Francisco Bay Area as a business developer for Ledger, a crypto/Web3 startup, and an exchange student at UC Berkeley. Charlie has an engineering background, having graduated from ISAE-Supaero and Ecole polytechnique in France.
