Hope Huang

Hope Huang's work experience begins in 2001 at Bank sinopac where they served as a Manager, responsible for infrastructure planning and designing, server room operation management, and coordinating with HQ and the HK branch for projects. From 2008 to 2011, at China Development Industrial Bank, they held the position of Senior Manager, overseeing overseas subsidiaries' IT management, Microsoft SCOM management, and system administration. In 2012, they worked as a Senior Manager at Chung shing International, specializing in an unspecified role. They also worked at Deutche Bank, where they provided compliance consulting for bank oversea outsourcing and conducted ISO 27001 auditing. From 2013 to 2017 at Masterlink Securities, they served as a Senior Manager, handling system architecture plan and design, daily operation supervision and reorganization for improved efficiency and correctness, and BCM planning and arrangement. From 2017 to 2018, at Cathay United Bank, they worked as a Project Manager. From 2018 to early 2021, they held the position of Head of IT at Yuanta Commercial Bank Hong Kong Branch. Currently, since February 2021, they are working as the Head of IT at Cathay United Bank's HK branch.

Hope Huang obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Accounting from National Cheng Kung University between 1994 and 1999. Later, from 2016 to 2018, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Finance from Fu Jen Catholic University. Hope also holds several certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP)-retired (obtained in August 2010), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) (obtained in March 2009), TWCERT/CC certified security engineer (TCSE) (obtained in August 2006), and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) (obtained in September 2005).
