Sebastian Luo

Sebastian Luo is a professional in fixed income portfolio management with extensive experience in the finance sector. Currently serving as a Fixed Income Portfolio Manager at Cathay United Bank since September 2020, Sebastian manages a portfolio exceeding USD 3 billion, focusing on UST trading, Agency MBS, CMO investments, and financial bonds. In addition, Sebastian has been a Lecturer at the Taiwan Academy of Banking and Finance since 2017, specializing in bonds. Prior experience includes managing a USD 600 million fixed income portfolio at First Life Insurance, serving as a Fixed Income Specialist at Cathay United Bank, and holding analyst positions at Jih Sun Securities Investment Trust and Cathay Life Insurance. Sebastian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Finance from National Chengchi University.
