Laura MacIas

Laura Macias has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Laura began their career in 1986 at Bank One - Banc One Leasing Corporation, where they served as an Assistant Vice President for Human Resources until 2001. From 2000 to 2006, they worked at Broadband Express, Inc. as the Vice President of Human Resources. Laura then joined Dominion Homes, Inc. as a Senior Vice President from 2006 to 2008. In 2008, Laura became the Chief Human Resources Officer at Commercial Vehicle Group, a position they held until 2021. Since 2016, they have also served as a Board Trustee at the New Albany Chamber of Commerce. Currently, Laura is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Cathcart Rail, a position they have held since 2022.

Laura Macias attended Ohio University from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism with a focus on Public Relations.
