John Foley

John Foley is an experienced leader in the telecommunications and communications industry with a focus on public safety and emergency communication systems. Currently serving as the Managing Director of the Safer Buildings Coalition since April 2017, John oversees operations to ensure effective emergency communications in buildings. John also holds senior advisory and executive roles at Cathedral Consulting, LLC and Priority RF, contributing to the development and management of mobile and public safety wireless systems. John's previous experience includes serving as Director of Capture at Henkels & McCoy and Director of Business Development at PMTV, in addition to various roles at Level 3 Communications, City Signal Communications, XO Communications, Eastern TeleLogic, and Metropolitan Fiber Systems. John is recognized for significant achievements in business development, operations, and project management throughout an extensive career.
