Kaitlyn Blair is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in coaching, athletics administration, and writing consulting. Currently serving as a Writing Consultant at Cathedral Consulting since August 2020, Kaitlyn also holds the position of Head Women Basketball Coach at Sussex County Community College since September 2015, where remarkable contributions have transformed the program into a top competitor. In addition to extensive coaching experience at various educational institutions, including Veritas Christian Academy as an Athletic Director and Head Coach for multiple sports, Kaitlyn has successfully managed teams and achieved significant accolades, such as leading girls' soccer teams to impressive records and championships. With a Bachelor of Arts in Writing, English, and Art from Houghton University, Kaitlyn combines academic expertise with a proven track record in both sports and education.
