Maureen Fairbanks is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in employee relations, staffing, and wellness administration. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Catherine Hershey Schools for Early Learning since March 2023, Maureen has previously held multiple leadership roles at Capital Blue Cross from February 2012 to January 2023, including People Relations Director and Manager of Staffing & Employee Relations. Prior experience includes positions at Messiah College as an Admissions Assistant, self-employment as a Human Resource Professional, and over two decades at Highmark Inc in various capacities related to affirmative action, diversity consulting, and employee relations. Maureen holds a certification as a Certified Career Management Coach from Career Coach Academy and is an alumnus of Messiah University.
