Tyanna Stephenson is an experienced accounting professional currently serving as an Accounting Specialist at Cedar Rapids Metro Economic Alliance since June 2024, managing day-to-day accounting activities such as accounts payable and receivable, invoice preparation, collections, and financial reporting. Prior to this, Tyanna worked as a Finance Coordinator at the Catherine McAuley Center starting in September 2023, contributing to programs focused on supporting refugees, immigrants, and women in crisis. Tyanna also held the position of Accounting Specialist at ESCO Group from May 2022 to July 2023, and previously at Cedar Rapids Metro Economic Alliance from July 2000 to May 2022, where similar accounting responsibilities were performed. Earlier career roles include Accounting Assistant at Cedar Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce, Credit & Collections at Communications Engineering Company, and Accounting Assistant at Ament Engineering Associates. Tyanna holds an Accounting Specialist degree from Hamilton Business College, earned between 1991 and 1993.
