Currently serving as a Program Manager and LSS Master Black Belt at CATHEXIS since August 2018, James has previously held significant roles at CPS Professional Services, Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, and the National Naval Medical Center, where expertise in continuous process improvement led to successful initiatives and substantial return on investment. Educational credentials include an MBA and MHA from Saint Louis University and a BIS from Brigham Young University.
