Melissa Sittler, M.Ed., serves as an Instructional Systems Designer at CATHEXIS since December 2022, specializing in the design and development of Section 508 compliant online training materials. Prior experience includes roles as an Instructional Designer at Cenlar FSB, where engaging e-Learning courses were developed for adult learners, and various positions at the University of Arizona that encompassed instructional technology support, academic advising, and enrollment counseling. Additional experience involves collaborating with subject matter experts as a Learning Experience Designer at Smart Dating Academy and advising prospective students at Pearson Online Learning Services. Melissa holds a Master’s degree in Learning Design and Technologies from Arizona State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from Washington State University, complemented by two associate degrees from Cochise College.
