Antonio Lobo

Antonio Lobo serves as the Director of Workforce Development at Catholic Charities of Boston since September 2015, overseeing workforce development programs, training plans, and employee supervision. Previously, Antonio worked as an Advisor and Career Counselor, providing guidance to students on career decisions, job applications, and educational program selection. Roles include teaching ESOL at various organizations, managing English Innovations programs, and serving on the board of Tech Goes Home, where Antonio focuses on computer literacy training. Additional experience includes leadership coaching and skills training at JVS Boston and ESL instruction for the Cape Verde Department of Defense. Antonio holds a teaching certification in English from the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center.
