Regional Property Manager at Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens

Kimberly McLoughlin is an experienced social worker and property manager with a career spanning over a decade in the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as the Regional Property Manager at Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens since June 2013, Kimberly leads a team of 12 in the management of five tax-credit properties, overseeing the welfare of over 500 residents. Previously, Kimberly held roles as an Activity Coordinator/Social Worker, coordinating community-building activities for adults facing homelessness and mental health challenges, and as a Social Work Intern, advocating for high-risk adolescents at Sagamore Psychiatric Center. Additional experience includes serving as a Group Life Counselor at Harmony Heights and a Skill Builder at Pederson Krag. Kimberly holds a Master of Social Work from Hunter College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the State University of New York Cortland.
