The Refugee and Immigrant Services Department houses a number of programs all geared towards refugee assistance and self-sufficiency. Fleeing their homes from persecution or war, we feel that refugees have a right to live their lives openly without these fears. We have developed our programs around this ideology. They are all designed to help refugees find gainful employment, develop their English skills, find them housing, and acculturate them to their new surroundings.
