Francine Speer

Francine Speer-Stratman has a diverse background in the education and nonprofit sector. With experience as a Fund Development Manager at Catholic Charities Fort Worth, Francine has also worked as a Behavior Interventionist, Program Manager, and Special Education Teacher. Prior to this, Francine served as a Youth Minister at Ridglea Christian Church. Francine holds a Master's degree in Divinity/Ministry from Texas Christian University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Bethany College.
