LaShawn Jones-Taylor has a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Westwood College-River Oaks. With a Certification in Business Administration and Management from Centura College-Newport News, LaShawn has held various roles in different organizations, including being the Director of Client Services at Catholic Charities Diocese of Gary. LaShawn has extensive experience in managing Emergency Services programs, supervising staff, and writing grant proposals. Prior to this, LaShawn worked as an Emergency Services Assistant at Catholic Charities and an Accounting Clerk at the State of Indiana. As a Customer Advocate/Maintenance Administrator at AT&T, LaShawn led a team of customer advocates and trained them on AT&T products and procedures.
