Courtney Paserchia MA EdS NCC LPC LCADC CCTP has extensive experience in mental health and counseling, currently serving as a Residential Therapist at Carrier Clinic since May 2020 and as a BPS Needs Assessor for Private Care Management and Consultation Services, LLC since February 2023. In addition to these roles, Courtney has worked as a Crisis Intervention Specialist for the Catholic Charities Diocese of Metuchen since June 2021, providing support for children and youth in emotional and behavioral crises. Previous experience includes a clinician position at Catholic Charities and a counseling internship at Family Service Bureau Newark, focusing on clients with co-occurring challenges and substance abuse. Courtney holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling and an Education Specialist degree in Clinical, Counseling, and Applied Psychology from Seton Hall University.
