Susan Foster-Dow has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Susan started their career in 1990 at Gonzaga University, where they served as an Assistant Dean of Admissions, Associate Dean of Admission, and later as the Director of Academic Services. In 2008, they joined Key Conversations Consulting Group as a Principal, providing consulting expertise for organizational challenges and facilitating strategic planning processes. Since 2015, they have been working at Catholic Charities Eastern Washington, initially as the Director of Strategy and Organizational Development, then progressing to the role of Vice President of Mission & Strategy, and later as the Executive Vice President. Currently, Susan holds the position of Chief Mission & Strategy Officer at Catholic Charities Eastern Washington, where they lead mission and strategy initiatives for various departments and functions, including data & technology, strategic planning, board development, leadership development, and disaster response. Susan Foster-Dow completed their undergraduate studies at Georgetown University from 1984 to 1988, earning a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service. During this time, they focused on International Relations, Chinese, and also studied Mandarin language at National Taiwan Normal University in 1986 and 1989. Susan continued their education at National Chengchi University in 1988 and 1989, where they pursued a Graduate Fellowship in International Law & Diplomacy. Additionally, Susan attended Peking University in 1987 to further their Mandarin language skills. Susan holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University, although the specific dates of their enrollment and completion are not provided.
