Sharlotte Grote has extensive experience in social work, currently serving as an Adoption Specialist for the AASK program at Catholic Charities North Dakota since July 2020, focusing on children in foster care. Prior to this, Sharlotte worked as an AASK Adoptions Social Worker at PATH from April 2017 to July 2020 and has held the role of ND Licensed Social Worker since October 2011. Earlier professional experience includes a decade as a vacation sales agent at MLT Vacations. Sharlotte holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Minot State University, obtained between 2002 and 2011.
