Molly Oliver is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in operations management and organizational development. As the Chief Operating Officer at Catholic Charities of Buffalo since May 2023, Molly oversees more than 50 human service programs, managing 380 employees and 400 volunteers across eight counties. Previously, as Executive Director at the University at Buffalo Center for Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness from July 2016 to May 2023, Molly provided strategic leadership and developed initiatives to support local and global leaders. During the tenure as President & CEO of Leadership Niagara from April 2009 to July 2016, Molly transformed the organization into a nationally recognized model for community leadership development. Additional experience includes roles in communication and executive leadership across various organizations and a commitment to educational initiatives, evident from the work as Executive Director of Kids Voting Western New York. Molly holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Roberts Wesleyan University and completed the altMBA intensive global leadership development program.
