Angela Jackson-Sampel is an experienced manager and case manager specialist with a strong background in housing grants and client support. Currently overseeing operations at Catholic Charities of Northeast Kansas since October 2016, Angela possesses extensive knowledge in HUD housing grants, including ESG and COC, while managing city, county, and federal funds for rental and utility assistance. Previous roles include supervising adult services at Comprehensive Mental Health, where Angela dedicated substantial time to direct care for youth with severe mental illnesses, and providing counseling as an intern at the Child Abuse Prevention Association. Angela also gained valuable experience in customer service and safety procedures while serving as Manager on Duty at the YMCA of Greater Kansas City. Angela earned a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Avila University in 2014.
