Shayne Baker has extensive experience in program management, marketing, and operations across various sectors. Currently serving as Market Coordinator at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston since March 2017, Shayne manages food and nutrition programs and has successfully increased the number of families served by over 200% in Fort Bend County. Prior to this role, Shayne worked as an Independent Contractor, providing marketing and operational support to small and medium-sized companies, and played a key role in the Houston Rodeo Event Cook Off for Experis. As Program Director at Mobile Loaves & Fishes from 2010 to 2016, Shayne developed a highly successful summer program for youth that achieved over 100% year-over-year growth. Shayne's earlier career includes roles such as Chief Operations Manager at Clientview Translation, where strategic account development was a focus, and a Marketing Manager position at Dell, where responsibilities included launching product lines in a global market. Shayne holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Clemson University.
