Melissa Hernandez

Melissa Hernandez, MS RMHCI, has over seven years of experience in mental health counseling and related administrative roles. Currently serving as a Clinician and Case Manager at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Miami, Inc. since May 2016, Melissa coordinates family reunification for unaccompanied minors, establishing supportive relationships with clients and maintaining accurate documentation to facilitate safe and timely releases. Previously, Melissa worked as an Office Administrator at Infinite Source Communications Group, handling various administrative tasks, and completed an internship with the 11th Judicial Circuit Criminal Mental Health Project, where responsibilities included recording court activity and requesting progress reports. Melissa holds a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida International University.
