Brian Rafael Kirchner

Brian Rafael Kirchner is an experienced educator and program coordinator in the field of language acquisition and student success. Currently serving as the Citizenship Program Coordinator at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New York since October 2021, Kirchner develops ESOL and Citizenship Preparation programming tailored for immigrants and refugees. Previously, Kirchner held roles such as Lead Director of Student Success at Academic Approach from January 2018 to December 2021 and Director of Tutoring at The Princeton Review from August 2013 to December 2017, where responsibilities included managing tutoring staff and fostering relationships with schools and families. Kirchner began a career in education as a Premier Tutor at Kaplan from February 2010 to July 2013. Educational qualifications include a TESOL Certification from the University of Pennsylvania (2021) and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Muhlenberg College (2007).
