Brian Rafael Kirchner is an experienced educator and program coordinator in the field of language acquisition and student success. Currently serving as the Citizenship Program Coordinator at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New York since October 2021, Kirchner develops ESOL and Citizenship Preparation programming tailored for immigrants and refugees.
