Paola Martinez

Paola Martinez currently serves as the Director of Government Relations and the Director of Strategic Program Development and Special Initiatives at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New York since October 2022. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Local Government, Legislative Affairs & Partnerships at The State University of New York, along with roles at Catholic Charities, NYC Department of Small Business Services, New York City Commission on Human Rights, New York City Council, National Disability Rights Network, and National Latina Institute for Reproductive Health. Educational qualifications encompass degrees in Political Science and Urban Policy & Leadership from Hunter College and The City College of New York, as well as music studies at NYU Tisch School of the Arts and The Juilliard School, with ongoing certification in Communication from the University at Albany.
