Ray Haefele is an experienced board member and community leader with extensive involvement in food safety micro-innovation at PolySkope Labs since 2016. Ray has served as Board Chair of the Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City Housing Board and held various leadership positions, including President and Vice-President of the Board of Directors for Catholic Charities of OKC. Contributions to the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City include participation in committees related to the Vision 2030 Pastoral Plan and the Blessed Stanley Rother Shrine Building Committee. As Conference Director for the Oklahoma Fellowship of Catholic Men and a member of multiple boards, including the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma, Ray has consistently focused on community engagement and service. Ray's educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Kansas State University.
