Michael Kaup

Michael Kaup is an experienced program manager specializing in behavioral health and case management, currently serving at Catholic Charities of St. Paul and Minneapolis since June 2021. Key roles have included Program Manager II for Adult Emergency Services and interim management for the Housing Focused Behavioral Health Support Team, where Michael has developed procedures for interdisciplinary collaboration and trained staff in de-escalation and trauma-informed care.
